  • "Adam was so patient and conscientious when we brought our failed e-bike in for repair. He had to negotiate with a particularly difficult manufacturer, spare parts took ages, even under warranty, but he kept us up-to-date every step of the way, with kindness and great sense of humour. Hard recommend from this happy customer!!"
